Women's Bebe vintage style jacket. Small 2 - 4 - 6

I'm cleaning out my closet so be sure to check my other items. This adorable jacket is too small on me. It's Bebe size 6 but I think it runs small. I'd say it's more like a small or xs. For reference I'm 5'6" around 120 , C cup and jacket won't button. Adorable vintage look. See pics for ref- Some material hangs from the coat but it's supposed to have that look.
