Women's Belt Buckle Pleated Midi Skirt - Future Collective™ Reese Blutstein 8

This skirt is so cute but too big / low waisted for me. I’m a true 8, and it fits great if I wear it low slung, but I’d prefer it in a smaller size so I can wear it higher on my waist. I’ve only worn it to try it on! Still has the tags, just not attached.
