amanda_lesliee sorry if this is a silly question, but what do you mean by "toe tightening fix"? is the toe strap permanently altered?

meganmancini1 @amanda_lesliee good question :). The toe strap is still fully adjustable. The toe tightening fix is just something you can have done by chaco’s repair department to help prevent the toe strap from tightening while you walk.

amanda_lesliee @meganmancini1 thank you for that info! the toe strap on the left shoe looks different and smaller than the right shoe so I'm afraid my toe won't fit 😭

meganmancini1 @amanda_lesliee That actually has nothing do to with the toe fix. I tightened the strap on the left side to fit under my toe rather than over it because I have weird feet but it can easily be loosened.
