I apologize for getting back to you a few days later than promised - I injured my shoulder - I could not reach ski clothes on upper closet. Chest on straps as you can see (last photo) is open - I am a 37" and it fits because straps are open on the side. I added the waist measurement - 33" Bogner label inside is 42
