Is it lined? Is there Velcro in the wrists? So would it be like a 2x?

It has a mesh lining in it and it is not a 2X. It is a XXL fell let XXL is smaller then a 2x

could you give some measurements? XXL is such a hard size because designers use different metrics, there's no standardization! maybe pit to pit, hip width, and length (if you could even just say if it hits at the hips or covers the butt, that'd be a big help). I really like this but am unfortunately now between a 1X and 2X; it looks oversized though and might work. thanks if you can :)
