I would describe this as B or C quality. There are no rips or fuzz build up, no frayed sections. however it's been worn and loved for a while. all the snaps work and it has a kangaroo pocket in the front with mesh on the interior. in my opinion this runs very small, would be great for a pre teen or petite woman.
