rothc100 @cindyborg Hi Cindy. I'm more an 8. They worked great for me for a several years, but I broke the bone at the top of my foot and gained weight and just skied different. This past season my feet were moving too much inside and I bruised my toes from the movement. They were my FAVORITE ski boot. So comfortable, and relatively easy to get on and off...but I went to a boot a size smaller...much tighter than I'm used to...but it worked well to complete out this snow season last month.

rothc100 @cindyborg As an 8.5, there should be less of that extra room. All the clips are super adjustable, even moving them with a tool if needed, so it's very flexible to "custom fit" it.
