jackmom23 @tabitha883 Shoulder to shoulder: about 26” Shoulder to hem: about 28” I took photos of measurements and a closer up of the texture but don’t see a what to load them here in comments but will try in the actual post. I’d say it’s more soft than knobby. It’s not the rough bulky kind. I wore this to work as an elementary school secretary with jeans and to church with dress slacks. It worked great with either.
