bondwithfashion Hi. I have this exact same bag. I purchased it in Paris in 2015 and also only used a few times. I don't understand why the quilting in the lambskin wrinkled like that. I took it to a Chanel store here in Naples Florida and they said it was definitely normal. I think it's so strange right?
