This dress is brand new and has only been tried on a few times. I removed the extra layers of tulle under the dress to make it lighter, but as you can see from the photos it still has plenty of volume. It is such a gorgeous dress! We keep having to extend our wedding and are not sure of the date and I hate for this dress not to get used. Putting it out to see if anyone is interested. Open to offers! Thanks!

hgilley10 @calimassgirl808 it also has wire darts for the bust so there is a little more give than 18 inches. It is just hard for me to measure those since
