Wtoo by Watters poppy skirt

I ended up with a totally different concept for my wedding. This skirt is beautiful but I will say it is pretty heavy although there is a lot of poof underneath that for sure could be removed if you wanted to tame that down a bit. It is Ivory I bought it used but I did not see any noticeable flaws
