Y2K black long sleeve feather cardigan from Truth by Republic

New with tags. So cute. Has a V-neck style cut and is a button down cardigan style blouse. Can wear by itself or with a Cami/top underneath. Is lightly ripped and stretchy. Can stretch from 16 to 17” pit to pit and measures 23” long from shoulder to bottom hem. Has black feather detailing on bottom sleeve for a Y2K look
