New without tags. I bought it for my graduation last year but then when I tried it on (in the picture) I thought it was too revealing to be with parents, etc. so I wore my other option. I was planning to wear it eventually but haven’t found an occasion yet, so I am reselling it. I did remove the tags but never ended up wearing it.
