This dress is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorites to wear in the spring/summer! I would say it hugs the body and leaves a slight amount of room around the belly region. This is a medium dress and maxi. I suggest if you are shorter like me it would need a slight heel of about an inch or two unless you really like high heels then go for it! To give you reference I am 135lbs, 5ft 2 and 3/4 inches tall, 38 chest and about 28-29 inch waist.
