Super cute and breezy for summer! This is marked a small but is extremely oversized - see measurements in photos. Has a subtle ruffle on each side and two (actual) pockets on front. Black buttons. I wore with cropped black cigarette pants and it was adorable! Can’t find a fabric tag, but feels* like cotton. Does have signs of wear on inside collar but otherwise pristine!
