Brand new with tags. Just doesn't fit me. Size small. It's not very stretchy and I could not get it over my hips but there is a little opportunity for adjustment in the bust area due to the ties. The shoulder straps are also stretchy. There is a thin extra layer in this dress to help with undergarments. I don't think I wear a Small in Zara anymore so if you are petite like 35" hips or lower then you'll probably be fine. I'll get measurements soon.
