Brand new with tags, bought this skirt during the winter and by the time it was warm enough to wear it no longer fit me. I've only tried it on twice and never worn out. it's a skort with hidden shorts and full asymmetrical skirt on the outside. side zipper closure with a stretchy thick fabric.
