I never rated a seller on a fact that it didn't fit me (see pic2) or come up with other "reason" to rate low because I'm disappointed with a fit (when you take a star away it asks you to pick an option why and you can't just pick on something because you're upset about the fit). I bought several items that didn't fit but never rated based on fit factor. I give as much measurements info as I can and always encourage question. 😊 Be nice & fare🌿

melissalarcher I agree. I have received some of those as well when the customer service and product as provided is what the rating should be based on not the fit. I have tried to explain that to a buyer before but she didn’t change anything.

luvnstuff15 why is it a bad if the seller admitted their mistake and also still gave you a five star rating? If they ordered the wrong size, yes, it’s their fault, but they also didn’t rate you badly based on their mistake.

pnwrain @valhallastudio Robyn, I just looked at the status listed here and it still says it’s pending scan. I’m not sure why. Look at the last pic of this “listing”, this is the receipt from the post office I got when I dropped off the package on 12/14. So, it’s should be on the way and maybe it’s just a glitch on the Posh site. But either way here is the proof and number to track.
