I bought it brand new for about $35. I used it a while and now moved on to other bags. Looks new. I don’t see any imperfections that can’t be just wiped down if seen. The strap is adjustable and can be moved around to each of the buckles for shoulder or crossbody or even backpack(?). There’s a couple different compartments- see photos for there. A larger opening (zip), smaller and very small (on front) and also an open part on the back to slip something in. 7 x 9 x 2.5 is the size Asking $25 or best offer.
