WOOOAHHHHH!! That is insane! The only tape I used was to tape down the label! What do we do? I cant beleieve you got it like that.

@jackadocious I believe that, as the sender, you go onto the usps website and file a claim. Or go to the post office and file. But there’s probably a timeframe in which you have to file so you should do it asap. I’m not a seller so I don’t know what your shipping arrangement is with Poshmark but I would start with USPS. I suppose you should let poshmark know as well. Please let me know what you find out. Thank you!

@jackadocious it looks like somebody got in a car accident with it! Just FYI - it was held together with commercial strapping not tape which tells me that it was done by usps. I’m surprised that they don’t slap on a ‘damaged sticker’ or something. Makes you wonder where the pants went though....

@aponia seriously! I cant believe they delivered it with nothing explaining the damage! I have emailed support and I am waiting for an answer...I'll keep you posted.

@jackadocious when you say you emailed support - is that Poshmark? or USPS? I went to the USPS site and it looks like a pretty straightforward method for filing a claim. Of course I realize it might work differently because you’re affiliated with a site. Not sure how that works. If you’ve not already checked it out you might want to go here

@aponia yes I did contact Poshmark support. USPS can't tell me anything because I don't have a tracking number. Do you have access to the tracking number? I know when people ship me things I can get the tracking number but when I ship people things I don't get the tracking number.
