laurengiles_ @nautimickey I am so sorry I do not know what happened! The item was 100% brand new. Do you mean the bottom of the actual purse or the packaging? I know the packaging was ripped because it had to be taken out to take pictures of it. I know that the blue parts of the handles of the purse were rubbing off onto me a little bit when I was packaging the item, but there was no damage to the bottom of the purse at all. The heat during transportation must have caused some damage :(

laurengiles_ @nautimickey again, my SINCEREST apologies. I’ve never had an experience like this and I have only ever received 5 star ratings. I am completely willing to let you return your item for a refund if you open up a case and Poshmark determines that you are eligible. laurengiles_ @kelmr69 of course! if you’d like to know how to do a vacation hold, just click the profile button on the bottom right and scroll down to “My Seller Tools” and there should be an option for “Vacation Hold” and you can set it up from there if you ever need it!
