Any offers over 30% off will automatically be declined. 2. Keep in mind most items are preloved and/or vintage & may have minor flaws! Most of the time, I notice these & make sure to include detailed pictures/descriptions, but sometimes I miss something that you might notice. Please be mindful of this when purchasing & receiving your item. Filing a case with Poshmark for minor details such as these will not result in a refund. 3. Each item has been washed since being bought or worn & they are hung on clothing rack until sold. I do not wash items a second time before shipping (I only lint roll), so as to allow you to wash your item with your detergent & to avoid adding more detergent on the clothing that a customer may be allergic to. I live in a non-smoking household so all items are fresh & do not have any odors, but please expect my house & laundry detergent to have a different scent than yours. If you are unsatisfied with the scent, wash the item before rating my shop or requesting a refund, as it is something I cannot control and does not affect the quality of the item. Anything that can be a quick fix by the customer does not qualify for a refund. 4. If somehow the package is damaged during shipping, since that is out of my control, I do not offer returns or refunds.
