@bekahchristie yes i think they really do! My foot grew in pregnancy and so I am now between and 8 and 8.5 which is frustrating. But before that I was always an 8 and I had a prior pair of these as an 8 that worked great… so that’s why i bought this size only to find out my foot grew.

@geminigardens sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner! I think it depends on the person but yes I almost always upsize my gym shoes by a half size which is a common wisdom you will hear from athletes/runners. Our feet tend to swell a bit when we exercise and it’s better to be slightly big than too small. I am usually an 8 but now wear and 8.5 gym shoe (actually got this exact model a size up for me and it’s working great). Hope that helps!
