vintage '90s Gap purple velvet stretch skirt

Another of my stretch velvet skirts. I have always loved them. This one is purple (my favorite color) and by the Gap. It falls below the knee, and has an elastic waist, and the whole skirt is stretchy. It is a size small, but measurements are waist 24", length 23.5".
