Fantastic seller! After Posh authenticated, a flaw was noticed. The seller kindly agreed to reduce the price. Posh would not allow the transaction to go through. Posh sent the bag to an old address and I had to have the post office forward it. Meanwhile, both the seller and sent numerous emails to customer service, all to no avail. Posh did not respond to the seller and they continued to send ridiculous form letters that did not address our issue. Finally, after 7 attempts, someone finally got it and released the funds. This seller has offered to send me a check for the agreed upon reduction. I commend her for her patience! The bag is lovely and I am delighted with the purchase; if for no other reason than I was able to meet a fantastic Posher! I highly recommend purchasing from her! You will be thrilled!
