Black lace polka dot dress from Downeast Clothing. Peter Pan collar and tie waist. There is a solid black lining underneath. Midi length. Worn once, it just didn't suit me. Listed Modcloth for similarity to the brand, however it is actually Downeast Clothing Company.

@phoebelamour bust 34", waist 26", hips 40", length 41". There is a ton of stretch though, and a sash to cinch the waist.
