Green mini dress, cut out neckline

Cute green mini dress. This dress is made of a nice silky material, and it is lined so that it's not super clingy. It has a really unique cut out neckline, and elastic at the waist back, and it is very flattering. It is really the perfect shade of green. Well loved, though I only wore it a handful of times.
