Black velvet brocaded pants/jeans

Really cool fabric. Pattern is brocaded with velvet. The close up photo shows the pattern well, although it looks black at a distance, the pattern is a little more subtle than what the close up picture makes it look like. Waist is just over 15” wide when laying flat. Length from inseam is approximately 32.5”. There is not a lot of stretch in this fabric.
