Velvet detailed sleeveless blouse

Gorgeous sleeveless top with velvet print. Fully lined with black piping around the neck, arm holes, and small notches on the side at the bottom. Flowy and comfy! It is technically a size 4, but I wear a size 6 and it is quite roomy on me, so I’m listing it as a 6. Length from back of neck to bottom of blouse is 24”. Width at bustling when laying flat is approximately 20” and it pretty much goes straight down (does not taper). Color is black, golds, dark muted greens
