Dress-short sleaved/ruffles and cute sassy cut

This dress was never worn. It has sat in my daughters closet with the others. I bought it for her after she picked it out and then, well, it sat there. Its real cute with these lime green accents over darker navy circles, but not her "thing" anymore..whatever that means. The cut is so cute..the sleeves have this ruffle to them although they are short and the belt just ties it all together.
