One very small snag in last pic towards front right bottom of coat. Some of the buttons a little loose and yes, they are medusa head buttons...omg..don't freak out though, not a Versace although I wish it was. This is still a really cool coat and that leather...what is this, whale? It's super thick so you can fend off a shark attack.. lol

shannondancy from mid shoulder to end of sleeve its 27 inches long. from start of sleeve to end of sleeve its 24 inches long. my son is six feet tall that's wearing this coat. hope this helps
