lottenotte @danimatt those are long gone.... A few years old since they came out.... They changed those to the ocelot design. I will keep an eye out though, you never know.... Kim

achimmah JMACK01, Go to your local courthouse; bring all of your information with you. You should have still her address. HAVE/ GET DOCUMENTATION OF THE VALUE OF THE THINGS THAFT SHE STOLE FROM YOU. (That is what you indicate here and that is what you should report to the Court. Advise the Court that you want to seek a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT for LARCENY . The Court will ask you for the particulars of the stolen property. IF THAT AMOUNT EXCEEDS A BASELINE THAT IS DETERMINED BY EACH STATE, THE CRIME MAY BE A FELONY. (IN MA THAT AMOUNT IS $250.00). The Court will assign a date for an initial hearing. She will be notified to appear.. YOU MUST APPEAR OR THE COURT . IF YOU APPEAR AND SHE DOES NOT THE COURT WILL LIKELY ISSUE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AND ASSIGNED A DATE TO APPEAR FOR ARRAIGNMENT. IF SHE DOES APPEAR FOR THE HEARHING YOU WILL AT LEAST HAVE YOUR, 'DAY IN COURT'. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR YOUR REQUEST FOR THE CRIMINAL.COMPLAINT WILL BECOME VOID. HERE IS THE DEAL. YOU TAKE THESE STEPS YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DAY IN COURT . OR .... IF SHE DOES NOT APPEAR YOU WILL HAVE THE SATISFACTION OF KNOWING THAT SHE HAS TO BE AFRAID OF BEING ARRESTED , AT ANY TIME OR PLACE (For example; Christmas Dinner a knock on the door and the ominous statement of, 'You're coming with me Miss' that the family hears as the clinkers are snapped on her wrists) Also, people with warrants live in fear. People with 'Records' have their lives impacted by reduced rights; reduced employment opportunities; injured credit eligibility; potential difficulties with housing; damaged reputations within the community ; impaired opportunities for volunteerism; ineligibility for certain government programs and a loss of status within the family/ extended family. YOU ARE A VICTIM! STAND UP FOR YOURSELF! If this person WANTS TO DAMAGE HER LIFE IN INNUMERABLE WAYS THAT IS HER CHOICE...I WOULD SEND THE PERSON A CERTIFIED LETTER WITH A RETURN RECEIPT. YOU NEED TO ADVISE HER OF A DATE CERTAIN BY WHICH SHE MUST DO SPECIFIC THINGS OR YOU WILL RESPOND BY DOING CERTAIN THINGS SUCH AS IDENTIFIED HERE MAKRECEIPTE A COPY OF THE LETTER AND SAVE IT ALONG WITH YOUR DOCUMENTATION FOR DELIVERY OF THE LETTER.
