Late 1960s voile dress with a shape that mirrors the body, high neckline, in a deep semi transparent Kelly green lined in voile chartreuse lining, creating a brighter green dress. Lowenbaum manufacturing company of St. Louis. It was established in the late 1930s as Lowenbaum producing uniform dresses during WWII. They closed in the late 1960s, this dress was possibly part of their last few dress lines.
