alivia29 Good afternoon I was just wondering if you received your package? It was out for delivery on the 5th but yet USPS has not updated the delivery information and I was just starting to kind of get concerned. Thank you and happy poshing😊😊

caralaughs @alivia29 hello! The tracking simply has an alert stating that the delivery status has not been updated as of 9:39pm on 2.5. I went to my post office to ask about it and the woman I spoke with said she was going to get all the info to her supervisor and I should be expecting a call. I’m hoping they call on Monday. When I hear from them, I will let you know. Really bummed about them screwing up. The dress was so pretty!

alivia29 @caralaughs I've contacted USPS on my end too. I'm so sorry this has happened. The last update says out for delivery and then nothing. It just makes no sense. 😢 I'm praying it turns up please let me know as soon as you can.

caralaughs @alivia29 you are not gonna believe it. I received a large envelope today from the US Postal Inspection Service. “The enclosed mail was recovered outside postal channels and turned over for investigation...” I GOT THE DRESS! 😀

caralaughs @cleosclozet Thank you for your comment. Knowing it was purely USPS who dropped the ball, it did make it that much more kind of a gesture. I dunno. Good customer service? You totally rock it. Of course, the package magically showed back up in the system last night and (perhaps making up for being more than a few days late) it has already been delivered, this morning.
