NWT Francesca's Brielle asymmetrical ruffle mini dress with bow tie back

Sexy white ruffled dress with adjustable straps and a bow tie in the back. Fabulous for parties, date nights, nights out, etc. Listed as a size L but fits like a M. This is one of my favorite dresses but sadly I can't fit into it :(
