NWT Lilly Pulitzer Floral Jeanie Dress copy

Gorgeous form fitting floral dress, cotton and silk blend. Has beautiful ruching detail on the sleeves as well as on the side of the dress in the mid section area. Size L but definitely runs small. I would say if you want it to be form fitting, would fit a size M best but I think a size S could also wear this dress to have more of a sheath or straight silhouette. Questions?
