Oscar's party 80's gown, black rhinestones, fitted

This vintage dress is truly a gem. It's fitted throughout the body with rhinestone-embedded velvet. A layer of tulle gives volume to the skirt. There's a satin-like bow as well. I've worn it as a strapless number and tucked the strings (which could be used to hang the garment) in the bust. I've worn it on several occasions (most recently last Halloween when I went as the night sky) but am downsizing and it needs a new loving home. Please let me know if you have any q's! 100% acetate
