black fit and flare halter dress, floral, size 8

This gorgeous halter dress is so fun! It's a little more formal so perfect for a night dancing or a special picnic. I usually paired it with black t-strap heels and a purple cardigan. Small bow that lays flat on waistband. Light wear on the dress but in very good shape. Side zip and hook and eye closure. See pics for measurements. I love this dress but need to downsize.
