This is a handmaid dress. Blue with small flower print. Tie back and snaps under left arm. Waist measured laying flat at 13.25 inches so about a 26.5 waist. Shoulders sleeve to sleeve 13.5 inches. Shoulder to hem about 49 inches. Would call an extra small. Let me know if you have any questions.
