tiffcake Also, that's the same shoe in the first two photos rotated to show each side. The shoes are paired so that the same pattern is on the same side of each shoe--so if someone sees you from your right side the pattern is the same on both shoes and if they see you from your left side, same thing (not outside matches outside and inside matches inside--left side one shoe matches left side other shoe and vice verse)

tiffcake @minichungs yup these were Follies. I sold them on eBay bc i got them in a better size... but these had much better coloring than the replacements so I’m searching AGAIN for this tie & dye Follies pair but with nice coloring... I’m a mess! I have duplicates in lots of shoes purposefully (so I have a backup when they’re worn out or damaged) but some just because I’m procrastinating selling... like Lucifers!! They’re hard to find so I should sell the extra pair but haven’t even tried

4evryc Hi @tiffcake ! I just received my shoes back. I’m afraid to open the box to see what I find? Please help me what to do? I think she sent my shoes to Posh mark headquarters and let them check on my shoes? But I honestly don’t know what to do? I’m home alone so I’ll have to wait until someone gets home so they can help me with the box. Omg I’m not happy at all

tiffcake @celina467 these... these listings were made back when posh only allowed 4 photos for listing so that’s why it’s split up across two. Take clear shots of them standing on level surface, straight on from front/back/side and hold them show the bottom as straight on as you can so the camera sees the shape of the outsole without distortion/angle. Then of course the close ups of interior stamp & outsole stamp.

tiffcake @celina467 with those kinds of photos your case should be VERY clear and do not accept a partial credit (unless you’re ok w/ it) bc you are entitled to full refund. If you want full refund, it’s yours bc it was an illegal sale. I’m mad on your behalf! Good luck!! Lemme know how it works out or anything I can do to help

tiffcake @celina467 you and I are the same size I think—if you ever see me comment “🧐” stay away from that pair... an emoji like that is open to interpretation so it usually doesn’t get me blocked but to folks that know me, it’s a judgy monacle LOL... it means I see their scam and I disapprove. Posh is crazy slow to remove fakes. I actually buy the ones over $500 to force the concierge authentication (confiscates their shoes and gets seller suspended)

tiffcake @celina467 I think both pairs are authentic. Heads up though, I’m US7 & I take so kate in 37.5 or 37. I have to stretch the 37 toebox but it fits me better than 37.5 after broken in. Suede in 37.5 so kate would be too big for me. So for the patent pair I’d take 37.5 & the suede pair I’d definitely 37.5

tiffcake @celina467 With so kate, it feels like I want to size up to take some pressure off the toebox BUT once I walk an actual distance (not just stand & pace like when you try on) they slip off the back so I actually walk better when tight fitting. While actually walking, feet slide forward making toebox just as tight anyway. Not gonna lie, so kate isn’t my fave to wear. Huge fan of follies 100 or décolleté 554 in 100 (super slim stilettos like so kate)

ctryon @tiffcake Haha. I would have them off in about five minutes. I am now just trying to stick to 100 mm as the highest. I buy higher ones and barely wear them. It is like I can’t walk anymore. Though for some reason my Palais Royals at 140 mm are easy to walk in- though my patent peep toes aren’t great

tiffcake @ctryon the Palais royale is like a double platform vendome (like Altadama—double platform VP) so even though they’re 140mm heels, the pitch is more like wearing a pair of 100’s Do you have experience with them compared to lady peeps? I have a couple pairs of lady peep but only one Altadama & unfortunately I bought the Altadama in 38 bc it was a special skin I wanted but couldn’t find...I think I need 37 so it makes it hard to tell but I think it’s more stable than lady peep

tiffcake If that’s the case (Altadama/PR more stable than LP) I should add PR to my list. Lady peep platform is narrower than the foot and it’s really hard to feel footing underneath you so it’s fine on flat surface but sucks on well padded carpet or pavers, cobblestones etc. Makes me look like a loubie newbie sometimes so I just avoid them if I’m not 100% sure I won’t encounter any downhill slopes or unstable surfaces

ctryon @lflo29 - I can’t either. I do have a bunch over 100, but they are all comfortable ones- New Simples, Bianca’s and 140 mm Palais Royal to name a few. They are all easy for me to walk in- probably because there is less of a pitch to the sole/heel.

lflo29 @ctryon I’ll have to check them out! The sharp slope in So Kate’s are exactly what makes them harder to walk in, not necessarily the heel.
