Vintage 60's Tartan Wrap Skirt, Union mmade with gold pin

I showed this to my mom and she gasped and said "I had a skirt just like this when I was little!". This classy, 60's wrap skirt is in excellent condition with no noticeable wear or tear that I can find. It closes with two buttons and has that large golden pin to keep the skirt closed. It has a union made label and says size 10. Measurements are taken flat and in inches: Waist: 13 Hips: 22 (can stretch farther, but would not recommend as the pleats begin to look pulled and awkward) Length (waist to hem): 38
