Vintage handmade white and pink floral maxi dress

A stunning dress. Appears to be hand sewn. There are no size or care tags. Zipper works fine. Approximate measurements are: bust 19.25”, waist 16.25”, length 53”. There are loops for a tie but no waist tie. Photos taken with and without flash to show color variations in different lighting. Light stains on the hem line and shoulder where the hanger sits (both pictured).
