This is a very comfortable skort (mini-skirt with built in shorts of identical fabric. The fabric is 98% cotton with 2% spandex. It is in very good used condition with no rips, tears, or smells. The background color is tan with chocolate brown and black plaid overlay. It's a Misses 16 (not Women's 16W) The measurements of the skirt part are (I try to be accurate but am not perfect...): Waist from side to side = 18.75" Hips from side to side = 23.5" Hem from side to side = 26" Top of waistband to hem = 17.5"
