platform pumps w/ serpentine scalloped details & geometric stitching in wearable pitch/height! There are scratches/markings on metallic paint covering length of stilettos (see cover shot) that aren't noticeable when worn & hard to photo (blend in with glare/shine/reflections). Hard to find style--grabbed off eBay for $400 in only size I could find (36.5) but never ended up wearing bc I'm US7 so in my opinion, they fit true to size 6.5.

tiffcake @poshgalnycla thanks! I loved them and staked them so I ended up finding a 37 from TRR and used a 20% off code... there wasn't any interest in these from buyers so I donated them--figured that somebody quirky out there would love them like me :)

tiffcake @poshgalnycla I'm probably going to end up donating those too--I have them in 37 and even though I'd prefer 37.5, they fit better than these. But... they were so awesome I ended up with two pairs trying to find my size! They look amazing with a crisp white dress and a tan! Wore them for Thai dinner date--were a hit!

tiffcake @poshgalnycla I've got 4 rescues and I'm lucky to have a good job and pet insurance (and to live in Vegas with a veterinary oncologist) so my oldest has beaten intermediate stage lung cancer... if they auction shoes for funds I could probably donate 10-20 pairs of designer shoes

tiffcake @britpow if you save a search on eBay and check the RealReal pretty often you'll see them come up. I originally bought these $450 from eBay but the pair I replaced them with was only $250 on TRR and i was able to use a discount also. These had some marks on the stilettos so I feel like I WAY overpaid at $450 and I felt much better about donating them than coming up with a price for them :)

tiffcake @ashleyjfrances I might still have some 6.5’s (I’ll have to Dig around). I see this dior pair on eBay or TRR every once in a while. I’ve seen it in red, nude, and black and there’s also a bootie version. I really like this pair but I think I only have it in red—I’m slightly embarrassed that I don’t know if I bought the other colors yet 🤣 if you find a pair of these for yourself don’t be alarmed if they’re torn along edge. I see it often and the cobbler can glue it down for you

tiffcake @ashleyjfrances they’re not quite as rare as I thought. It’s just hard to locate specifically bc people list them generically so you’ll find them if you search generically and scroll all the pairs (like search all Dior filtered by red)

tiffcake @ashleyjfrances you’re too kind. I love shoes. Sometimes I try to sell the pairs that I replace with their better fitting sizes & sometimes I donate them if it becomes a hassle. I have a very low threshold for tolerating hassles LOL Having a special pair of shoes is something someone down on their luck wouldn’t ever spend on themselves but has potential of making them feel like a million $$. I’ve never regretted any pairs I’ve donated. I just donated another Dior & Brian Atwood last weekend.
